Private, independent service — not governmentHow we work
NaijaBridge is an independent private consultancy and is not the Nigerian Immigration Service, the Nigeria High Commission, or any government department. Government fees are paid by applicants directly through official portals.
Please read these terms carefully before engaging our document preparation and advisory services. They define exactly what we do, what we don't do, and how we're accountable.

Questions?
Our team will explain any clause in plain English.
NaijaBridge is an independent application-support consultancy, operated fully remotely. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agency of the Nigeria Immigration Service, the Nigeria High Commission, or the Federal Government of Nigeria. We do not issue passports, guarantee approvals, sell appointment slots or accelerate government processing. Our service is preparation, review and submission on your behalf — we complete the official application using your documents and submit it after you approve every declaration; you pay official charges directly through official portals and attend biometrics personally.
We are NOT the Nigeria High Commission, the Federal Government of Nigeria, or an official subsidiary of the Nigeria Immigration Service. The decision to issue, reject, or delay any passport booklet rests exclusively with the sovereign authorities of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Our service is independent consultancy — not a government agency.
CLAUSE 03
In-Person Biometric Attendance
The client acknowledges and agrees that biometric capture (fingerprinting and facial photography) must be completed in person by the applicant at the Nigeria High Commission, 9 Northumberland Avenue, London WC2N 5BX. We cannot attend on your behalf, and no remote biometric service exists.
Biometrics cannot be done remotely — by law. Anyone claiming otherwise is not operating within NIS rules.
CLAUSE 04
Appointment Booking Disclaimer
We do not sell or guarantee specific appointment dates or times. We provide calendar-opening alerts, booking guidance, and preparation packs for the client to book their slot directly through the official booking portal.
No legitimate third party can book or sell High Commission appointment slots.
CLAUSE 05
Two Separate Payments & Fee Transparency
The client approves one written cost summary before any work begins. That summary separates two clearly owned payments: our flat £50 application-support fee (invoiced to us) and the official government charges — $162 for a 5-year 32-page booklet or $242 for a 10-year 64-page booklet (each including the $12 portal gateway charge), plus the £20 High Commission administrative fee. Official charges are paid by the client directly on the official NIS and NHC portals, with receipts in the client's name. Child applications pay the same $162 government fee as the 5-year adult booklet; there is no separate child rate. Official government fees are strictly non-refundable according to NIS regulations. Fee figures verified 26 September 2026; the USD amount shown at the official payment step is what is actually charged.
Official fees paid directly to NIS are non-refundable, even if your application is rejected.
Four guards on every payment: (1) written cost summary approved by you before payment; (2) official charges paid directly by you on official portals; (3) official receipts in your name; (4) you can verify settlement yourself on the NIS portal at any time.
Our application-support fee is one flat £50 per case — quoted in writing, and only charged if we complete the preparation work as agreed.
CLAUSE 06
Client Accuracy Guarantee
The client is responsible for providing genuine, truthful, and unaltered documents and details. Any fraud or intentional falsification will lead to immediate service termination without refund.
Submitting forged documents is a criminal offence in both the UK and Nigeria. We will report it.
CLAUSE 07
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the advisory fee paid (£50 per case). We are not liable for indirect losses, missed travel, or consequential damages arising from government processing delays, rejection decisions, or portal outages outside our control.
We cannot control government timelines. Plan applications at least 4–6 weeks before travel.
CLAUSE 08
Data & Privacy
All documents you share are treated as confidential, processed only for the service requested, and deleted within 90 days of completion unless you ask us to retain them. We comply with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Your data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for marketing.
Plain-English Answers
Questions clients actually ask about these terms
Straight answers — no legal jargon, no hidden caveats.
If rejection happens because of an error in the paperwork we prepared (wrong category, spelling mismatch, incorrect NIN data we verified), we refund 100% of our £50 advisory fee and correct the application at no extra charge. If rejection happens for reasons outside our control — previous immigration violations, outstanding legal matters, name mismatches you didn't disclose, or a change in NIS policy — our fee is not refundable. Official government fees paid directly to NIS are non-refundable in all cases.
Two separate payments: our flat £50 application-support fee (invoiced to us) plus the official government charges — $162 for a 5-year 32-page booklet or $242 for a 10-year 64-page booklet (each including the $12 portal gateway charge), plus the £20 High Commission administrative fee. You pay official charges directly on the official NIS and NHC portals, with receipts in your name. Child applications pay the same $162 government fee as the 5-year adult booklet. Figures verified 26 September 2026; the USD amount shown at the official payment step is what is actually charged. Four guards: written cost summary approved by you · you pay official charges directly · official receipts in your name · you can verify settlement yourself on the NIS portal at any time.
The documents we prepare remain valid for rebooking. We'll help you secure a new appointment slot on the next available date at no additional preparation fee — you only pay for any fresh document scans you need to provide (e.g. a new payment slip if the old one expired).
Yes, absolutely. We do not retain originals and you receive digital copies of every completed form we prepare. We delete all client documents from our systems within 90 days of completion unless you explicitly ask us to keep them for future renewals.
No — and we will never claim to. There is no legitimate 'express government processing' fee. Anyone promising faster issuance is misrepresenting the NIS process. Our job is to make sure your application is error-free so it doesn't get delayed at the review stage — that is the only legitimate way to avoid slowdowns.
We comply with UK GDPR. All documents are stored in encrypted, access-controlled systems and shared only with you and the NIS portal in your name. We never share client data with immigration lawyers, agents, or third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
If we make a factual error (wrong passport category, spelling mismatch between NIN and application, incorrect document checklist), we correct it at no extra charge and refund 100% of our £50 advisory fee if the correction requires you to re-submit and re-attend an appointment. That's the core of our accountability promise.
