Private, independent service — not governmentHow we work

NaijaBridge is an independent private consultancy and is not the Nigerian Immigration Service, the Nigeria High Commission, or any government department. Government fees are paid by applicants directly through official portals.

NaijaBridge

About NaijaBridge — Independent Passport Support Service UK

NaijaBridge is a dedicated independent passport support service in the UK founded to eliminate the stress, confusion, and costly delays of Nigerian passport applications. We provide thorough document verification, NIN audits, and end-to-end guidance so UK-based Nigerians never face rejection at the biometric desk.

Independent consultancy
No government affiliation, no slot resale — ever
One flat fee, in writing
£50 per case — you approve it before any work begins
Official fees stay yours
You pay NIS & the High Commission directly — receipts in your name

Eliminating the “turned away at the door” nightmare

Too often, hardworking Nigerians travel hundreds of miles from Manchester, Birmingham, Leeds and Glasgow to their biometric appointment — only to be turned away at reception because their NIN has a minor spelling error or their document pack is missing a critical page.

Non-refundable government fees already paid, train tickets bought, work leave taken — all wasted on an avoidable clerical error. We founded NaijaBridge to make sure that never happens to you.

Start with a free pre-check

Our standard of work

We apply a structured review method: careful checks, clear checklists, and zero tolerance for guesswork — on every single file, without exception.

Want the full picture first? Read how the Nigerian passport renewal process works, or compare all Nigerian passport services in the UK.

Every file gets a named reviewer and a written checklist — before you pay a single government fee.
Who you'll actually work with

Real people, real registration, real boundaries

Trust starts with knowing exactly who is handling your identity documents — and where they operate from.

A named adviser, not a call centre

One named adviser reviews every case personally and knows your file from first message to final checklist — you always know exactly who you are talking to.

Remote-first, honest about it

Operated fully remotely, serving Nigerians across the UK. We do not run a walk-in passport office — consultations are strictly via WhatsApp, email and our website live chat in UK time.

Invoiced & accountable

Our £50 application-support fee is invoiced through a business payment account in our legal trading name, with refund and cancellation terms provided in writing before payment.

Important regulatory transparency

We are an independent consultancy — not a government body.

NaijaBridge is a private document-preparation and application-support consultancy, operated remotely and serving Nigerians across the United Kingdom. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agency of the Nigeria High Commission, the Federal Government of Nigeria, or the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS). We do not operate a walk-in passport office in the UK; consultations run strictly via WhatsApp, email and website live chat. Official government passport fees are paid by you, directly through the official NIS and High Commission portals — never through us. All applicants must personally book their biometric appointment and attend in person for fingerprint and facial capture. We do not sell, guarantee, or influence appointment slots, and we never claim to speed up official government processing.

Our advisory fee is a single flat £50 per case. Official government fees — $162 for a 5-year 32-page booklet or $242 for a 10-year 64-page booklet (each including the $12 portal gateway charge), plus the £20 High Commission administrative charge per the September 2026 notice (reconfirmed for every case) — are paid by you, directly on the official portals, with receipts in your name. We help you through each payment step-by-step via chat and email. Child applications pay the same $162 government fee as the 5-year adult booklet; there is no separate child rate. NIMC states UK enrolment is free of charge; we confirm the current position with you at pre-check before anything is paid.

Who we help

Built for real diaspora situations

Three situations cause most of the pain we see. We built a service for each.

Working professionals & students

Renewals planned around visa deadlines, work leave and travel dates — with your document pack ready before you book anything.

Families & minors

Child passport help with consent letters, guardianship checks and birth certificate review — the details most applications fail on.

First-time NIN applicants

No 11-digit NIN yet? We prepare your documentation and point you to licensed UK enrolment centres before your passport application starts.

Our guiding principles

Integrity, transparency, precision.

The three things we refuse to compromise on — even when it would be easier.

No slot hoarding or resale

We do not participate in appointment hoarding rings or resell slots. We guide clients on official booking protocols compliantly and transparently.

Complete fee honesty

We never mark up official government fees. You pay them yourself, directly on the official NIS and High Commission portals: $162 for a 5-year 32-page booklet or $242 for a 10-year 64-page booklet (each including the $12 portal gateway charge), plus the £20 High Commission administrative charge per the September 2026 notice — reconfirmed for every case. We help you through each payment step-by-step via chat and email, but the receipt and payment authority stay in your name. Our advisory fee is one flat £50 per case — no tiers, no hourly rates.

Every detail checked

Every name, date, address and reference is cross-checked across your old passport, NIN slip and statutory certificates before anything is filed. Our NIN name check catches the mismatches that cause most refusals.

Your data is safe with us

We can review sensitive documents like birth certificates, old passports, and NIN slips in WhatsApp only after you choose that channel and understand its privacy limitations. Send only the minimum needed; never send originals, payment details, PINs or one-time codes.

Security & Privacy

UK GDPR document handling

Unlike informal agents who share client details in unsecured group chats, we act as the data controller under UK GDPR and treat your documents with strict, documented care.

  • Secure document workflow for identity files
  • Strict 'need-to-know' access for reviewers
  • Minimum necessary documents requested
  • No selling of data to third parties, ever
