Adult Passport Renewal
For adults with an expired, expiring or damaged Nigerian passport. We check every document, compare your NIN with your passport, and complete and submit the official online renewal on your behalf — so your file is ready for the biometrics appointment.
- 32-page (5-year) or 64-page (10-year) booklets
- NIN name, middle-name and date-of-birth check
- NIS online form completed and submitted for you; official fees paid by you directly on the official portal
- Biometrics-day checklist and document pack in official order
Child Passport Renewal & First Passports
Renewals and first passports for children under 18, including a child born in the UK. Consent letters, custody evidence and NIN linking prepared correctly the first time.
- Statutory parental consent letter drafted for you
- Birth certificate and guardianship evidence check
- Child NIN linkage verification
- Attendance rules for the accompanying parent
NIN Registration Guidance
For Nigerians without an 11-digit NIN, or with NIN details that don't match their passport. We prepare your records and refer you to licensed UK enrolment providers — biometric enrolment itself is done in person by them, never by us.
- Licensed UK enrolment centre referral
- Pre-enrolment document checklist
- Name-order and date-of-birth alignment strategy
- Mismatch fixes before any passport payment
Lost or Damaged Passport
A lost or damaged passport follows a different route from a simple renewal. We identify the correct reissue category and the evidence it needs before you pay anything.
- Police report and loss declaration guidance
- Correct reissue category identified before payment
- Extra security-check expectations explained
- No standard-timing promises on loss cases
Name Change & Data Correction
Marriage name changes, spelling or date-of-birth corrections. Where the NIN record conflicts, we pause the passport application and fix the authoritative record first.
- Marriage, affidavit or publication evidence mapping
- NIN record corrected before passport submission
- 21–42 day government clock explained by category
- Application letter stating the exact change
Which service do I need?
Match your situation to the right route. If two seem to fit, start with the free eligibility check — we confirm the correct category before any fee is discussed.
Pricing snapshot — two clearly owned payments
Our support fee is invoiced to us. Official passport and High Commission charges are separate payments made by you, directly on the official portals — with receipts in your name.
Official fees are paid by you, directly on the official NIS and High Commission portals — never through us: $162 for a 5-year 32-page booklet or $242 for a 10-year 64-page booklet (each including the $12 portal gateway charge), plus the £20 High Commission administrative charge per the September 2026 notice (reconfirmed for every case). Child applications pay the same $162 as the 5-year adult booklet; there is no separate child rate. We help you complete every payment step-by-step via chat and email; the receipts stay in your name.
Separate clocks, never added together: our review time above · appointment wait (variable, official centre) · NIS 2026 standard of 21 days after successful enrolment for renewal/reissue, or 42 days for a fresh passport · dispatch or collection. *Estimated totals at $1 ≈ £0.79; official fees and exchange rates are confirmed per client at quote time.
How we keep payments stress-free: one written cost summary before you approve anything · our £50 invoiced separately from official charges · official payments made by you, in your name, on official portals · variable costs (courier, affidavit, police report, bank charges) quoted first and labelled as variable. See the full Nigerian passport renewal fees.
Complex case? Name change after marriage, a lost or damaged passport, or conflicting records across documents each follow their own route with their own evidence — see Name Change & Data Correction and Lost or Damaged Passport, or ask us first on WhatsApp.
